Mumford & Sons

If none of you guys and gals have yet heard of this band, you need to take a listen. They are amazingly talented, and personally I cannot wait to see them in a live show.

Mumford & Sons is a Folk Rock/Folk Indie band that started in London, England. A lot of people might have heard a few songs by them and not even realized it was this group. Some popular songs include "Little Lion Man" and "The Cave" on their "Sigh No More" album release.



Overall, I haven't heard a band like this that I get so into so quick in such a long time. They're geniuses in their own world of music. I cannot even explain to you how much meaning their songs have to me. I'll be updating more about this particular band in the future. Their next upcoming show is going to be April 9th, 2011 in London, UK at the Wimbledon Theatre. If you're interested in seeing this group live, a list of their tour dates for 2011 is here.

The Beginning

I have decided to start a blog about something I'm interested in. That being music. This blog is about me and my experiences with music and everything I feel and know it has to offer to the world. I want to show sounds and words can go a lot further than most people ever realize.

On this blog, I'll be continually putting forth my own advances in my pursuit to learn guitar. I'll be posting about new or old music that I hear and love and why I like them so much and hopefully I'll get to a point where I can have other people posting their musical experiences as well. Anyone that decides to read this and follow me, I hope you will enjoy what I have to say, or at the very least, be a little entertained.
